LONESTAR

Like other British companies most if not all original figures were sold painted. As the figures were made with polyethylene plastic which does not bind paint well most original figures will have had considerable paint loss.

Lone Star made nice sets of Robin Hood figures and siege equipment operators. Picture courtesy Bill Nevins.

To go with the above figures Lone Star made a series of much smaller scale siege weapons. The weapons bodies are diecast metal with plastic wheels.
